FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS-
1. Check Your USCF Membership
You must have a current USCF membership to play in a tournament. If your membership will expire before the tournament, please visit the USCF Web Store to renew online (credit or debit card). If you're not sure when your membership expires, you can check at the USCF Member Services Area.
2. Register for the Tournament
Registration is usually available online about 2 weeks before the tournament date. You must Register before 7:00 pm on the Friday before the tournament. If you forget to register or if you are a walk-in on the day of the tournament you will receive a ½ point bye for the first round and you will be paired for the second round. Players that did not register or are walk-ins will pay an extra $5 fee in addition to the tournament entry fee which is typically $20. To register click here.
3. Pay Your Tournament Entry Fee upon arrival at the tournament.
Parents should check in their players and pay the entry fee by 8:45. At this time we are not able to accept online payments for entry fees. Tournament entry fees will be collected at the tournament site and we accept cash or checks made payable to Space Coast Scholastic Chess.
