130 Players Turn
Out for the February Scholastic Championship at Indialantic
Elementary.
On Saturday, February 9th the
fifth tournament of the season was held at Indialantic
Elementary School. 130 players competed for 48 individual and

Space Coast Scholastic Chess is a USCF
registered affiliate (H6017288). During the school year
we hold monthly tournaments that typically attract over 100 players
from Brevard and Orange County in grades K-12. Our tournaments
include players from beginner level up to the top 10% in the
nation. Our mission is to provide the best quality chess
tournaments available anywhere in Central Florida.
In addition to our regular monthly
tournaments, we hold a Brevard County Championship and a East
Florida Regional championship in cooperation with the Florida Scholastic Chess
League. The scholastic season begins
September 8th, 2007. Check back often for details on upcoming
